Canary wharf Apartments will ask you to provide photographic ID and the card used to make the booking upon check-in. If you are not able to provide this, you may be re-charged on a card you do have present upon check-in, and the original payment will be refunded. If you fail to provide photographic ID, Canary wharf Apartments may refuse the entry.
In case of anti-social behaviour, or abuse to the staff, you will be asked to vacate the premises immediately without refund or redress.
Please note the property reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival up to 50% of the total cost. Reservations may be required to pay a deposit of up to GBP 500 which will be refunded up on departure subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
The property has a strict non-party policy.
Please note that this property cannot accommodate hen and stag, or similar parties.
Should the maximum number of people per apartment be exceeded without prior authorisation from the management, guests will be asked to vacate the premises immediately and the accommodation cost will not be refunded.
Photo ID in the form of a passport or driving license is required at check-in.
The lead guest must be at least 18 years old. All guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
Reception closes at 22:00. Late check-in must be requested in advance or then you will be considered a no-show.

嘉北國小男童躲避球代表隊，5月至台東參加第十八屆全國躲避球錦標賽，一路過關斬將榮獲全國亞軍，11月4、5日將代表台灣參加「2017年全港閃避球錦標賽暨國際邀請賽」，嘉義市政府除了補助參賽經費16萬元外，市長涂醒哲1日亦前往宣信國小為正在參加中小聯運躲避球賽的嘉北國小躲避球隊授旗，祝旗開得勝。
市長涂醒哲表示，嘉北國小男童躲避球隊從102至105年已經連續四年蟬連躍動青春全國躲避球大賽冠軍，並在嘉義市的躲避球比賽中五度奪冠，戰績輝煌，期勉即將在11月3日前往香港參賽的師生們能學習KNAO的精神、永不放棄的精神，為嘉義市、為台灣爭光。
嘉北國小許忠和校長表示，感謝市府、家長會、校友會、城隍廟、嘉義市家長協會理事長黃彥富，以及各界熱心捐助幫忙的朋友贊助參賽經費。許忠和校長和教練林炫宇等人也帶著孩子們到嘉義市城隍廟祈福，城隍廟董事長葉源助帶領師生焚香祝禱，懇請城隍爺護佑球員們一路平安，並順利過關斬將，凱旋歸來；學校也發起「翔鶴盈福」的祈願祝福活動，希望孩子們用「上好」的表現，帶著滿滿的祝福，「贏」（盈的諧音）得勝利，載譽歸國。
嘉義市躲避球委員會江進隆主委也特別贊助兩萬元經費，鼓勵孩子們努力爭取最高榮譽。承億文旅戴俊郎董事長也慨然允諾捐贈球衣2套、昭閎營造捐贈球衣1套，嘉邑行善團認養選手比賽止滑鞋。遠在台南的「有間水族」、桃園的「彩鑽精品服飾」、高雄的「大元氣寵物」、「天之酶植物酵素」，與吳淑媛、林信佑、蘇敏雄、楊忠榮等人合捐參賽經費二十萬元及加菜金五萬元，讓苦籌經費多時的師生士氣大振更能夠專心備戰。期待3日即將前往香港參賽的選手們帶著大家愛心與祝福，用最好的表現為國爭光，回饋社會大眾的支持。
